Health and Wellness Writer / Content Developer

Job Description:

CareLink360 is seeking a talented and experienced Health and Wellness Writer Content Developer to join our dynamic team at CareLink360.

As a leading global AgeTech health company, we are committed to Changing The Way The World Ages™ by developing innovative digital solutions that improve the lives of aging adults, their families and caregivers while enhancing the overall healthcare experience.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating engaging, accurate, and evidence-based health and wellness content that educates and informs our target audience, including Aging Adults and their Families, Healthcare Professional Care Teams, and others that support the Aging Adult.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including health care teams, product managers, and marketing specialists, to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop high-quality health and wellness content, including articles, blog posts, white papers, website copy, social media content, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based, and follows regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and healthcare professionals to gather information and validate content accuracy.
  • Adapt complex medical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content suitable for various target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical research, digital health technologies, and healthcare trends to inform content development.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure content is error-free and meets company standards.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver content within established deadlines.
  • Contribute to content strategy discussions and provide input on content ideation and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience as a medical writer or content developer in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital health industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, scientific research methods, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
  • Proficiency in conducting medical research and synthesizing information from reputable sources.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in medical content development.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager at CareLink360™, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital health projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, healthcare teams, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment and clear expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the digital health or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
