Return Policy

It’s our sincere desire that our products and services enhance the lives of everyone who use them.

  • The Digital Health Companion™ device comes with a 12-month Manufacturer Warranty which covers any defects in operation from the manufacturer.
  • A full refund may be requested by providing written notice to the CareLink360 Support Team at support@mycarelink360.com explaining why a refund is being requested.  The CareLink360 Support Team will review each refund request and return an answer of approval or decline to the customer within 10 business days. If a refund for the CareLink360 Digital Health Companion™ Device is approved, the customer is responsible for Insured shipping return of the device to Sociavi Company in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund to the original method of purchase will be granted within 10 business days.
  • Any defective or damaged CareLink360 Digital Health Companion™ Device will be replaced if reported within 10 days of delivery by sending written notice to CareLink360 Support Team (support@mycarelink360.com) and the damaged product is received by the Sociavi Company in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for Insured shipping return of the device to Sociavi Company.
