“CareLink360® User Content, Photo, and Video Disclosure: CareLink360® recommends that all content, photos, and videos sent and shared by users are legal and appropriate only. Personal Identifiable Information is not recommended or intended to be used by the CareLink360® product.”

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not offered to anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”) unless approved by a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Once we receive your request, we will review it, determine whether we can verify your identity, and process the request accordingly. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will let you know. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt, or notify you if we require additional time.

If you would prefer, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any website where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain the removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an e-mail with a detailed description of the specific content or information to privacy@WPHConnect.org. Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

Deleting Your Account

If you would like to permanently delete your account from the CareLink360® Companion App

You can do so from within the CareLink360® Companion App by following these steps

  1. Open the CareLink360® Companion App
  2. Click on the button “Edit Profile”
  3. Click on the button “DELETE” at the bottom of the Edit Profile Page.
  4. Confirm by clicking on the “DELETE” button
